Our installation team is able to provide mechanical installation on site or in our workshop. Our welders are TÜV certified and able to perform high quality welding according to hygienic standards. We own the complete equipment and tools required for mechanical installation.
We are mainly oriented to mechanical installation of process and utilities piping and equipment for:
- breweries
- beverage plants
- dairies
- detergents and cosmetics plants
- packing lines
On site activities:
- equipment unloading / positioning
- piping installation
- packaging lines installation
- pressure tests
- steel structures
- pipe bridges and platforms
- passivation

IZO4INSTAL company has as main object of activity production, mechanical installation and industrial insulation of stainless steel equipment for the chemical and food industry.
We own a production workshop of 1600 sqm located in Cluj-Napoca equipped with equipment specific to our activity:
- TIG and MIG-MAG welding machines brand Esab and EWM
- Portable Polysoude orbital welding machine for pipes up to 170 mm diameter / 3 mm thick
- Automatic cutting machines for round and rectangular pipes up to 300 mm
- Grinding machines for the production of stainless steel tanks
- Bending press 300
