During FoodTech 2022, the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG) Denmark, FORCE Technology and MCH will hold a symposium to present the latest developments in the hygienic production of food products. The symposium will present the application of new guidelines for hygienic design and risk assessment, along with other new guidelines, such as tank cleaning. This will be an interesting event featuring experts on hygienic processes, and there will be opportunities to speak with the experts after the symposium.

The symposium will be held at IFC Water Congress Stage in hall M, and it will be possible to participate in the parts you find most interesting.
