cCare – The Latest in Fully Automated pH Systems
Normally, glass pH sensors are not used in food production. With cCare, however, a system has been developed that takes care of the entire process.
The pH system performs the pH measurement itself, while also automatically handling all the necessary tasks around the sensor:
- Automatically calibrates the pH sensor
- Automatically cleans and washes the pH sensor
- Automatically parks the pH sensor in a liquid-filled chamber when no measurement is required
- Automatically monitors the pH sensor and generates an alarm if any issues are detected
In short, the system is designed to minimize errors and manual intervention. All data can be stored automatically and uploaded to the plant’s central control and monitoring system.
The pH system has already been validated and is in operation within the pharmaceutical industry.
