Fristam Pumpen KG (GmbH & Co.)
From FP to FDS – you simply can’t have more hygienic pumps
Fristam will be showcasing its entire range of hygienic centrifugal, positive displacement pumps and Powder Mixers at FoodTech. This year, Fristam is directing the spotlight onto its complete pump range, the breadth of which is said to be unique in the world of hygienic pumps.
Fristam’s comprehensive pump portfolio includes the single-stage standard FP range, which is also available as a high-pressure FPH version. There are also the multi-stage high-pressure FM pumps, the FPC hybrid pumps for liquids with gas content and the self-priming FZ range of side-channel pumps. These options mean that it is possible to handle all applications in hygienic process engineering within a viscosity range of < 800 mPa s. Fristam supplies the optimum solutions, whether there is a need to transport high-quality, low viscous, shear-sensitive media with the FP or supply liquids with up to 60 % gas content or handling intermittent product inflow with the FPC. Fristam ensures continuous product circulation under system pressure within the circuits in filtration systems using the FPH high-pressure pump. Last but not least, FP pumps are ideally suited for the supply of cleaning fluids for CIP runs of production equipment, and the self-priming FZ pumps are the first choice for CIP return.
On the positive displacement pump side, Fristam offers a complete range of FL lobe, FKL circumferential piston and FDS double-screw pumps for standard duties but also for challenging conditions. All aggregates are made of stainless steel with a non-contact design. These pumps operate highly efficiently, being gentle on the product and material. Not only the optimized hydraulic efficiency of the pumps is winning customers over but also their precisely tailored technical design combined with energy-efficient IE3 motors for minimized energy consumption. With over hundreds of thousands of pumps installed worldwide, Fristam relies on experience gained from countless projects in the food and drink industry. A long-standing, specially trained and well-educated workforce guarantees invaluable benefits to customers when advising on applications.
