Hygienic process piping in stainless steel for dairy and food production, designed to drain and documented weld by weld.
Product-contact lines are built in AISI 316L, mechanically polished or electropolished, typically Ra ≤ 0.8 µm. Orbital TIG welding with digital weld logs, material traceability per EN 10204 type 3.1 and pressure testing are part of the standard scope. Lines are routed with self-draining geometry and no dead legs, so CIP reaches every surface.
The scope covers utility and gas distribution as well as product lines, along with the pipe bridges, platforms and support structures that carry them, fabricated to EN 1090 EXC 2 and EXC 3 with full material certification.
Documentation is built in from the start rather than added at the end: P&IDs, isometric drawings, weld logs, material certificates and pressure test records.
Hygienic design follows EHEDG and 3-A. The same welding and documentation discipline comes from Beritech's pharmaceutical installations, where every joint forms part of a qualification record.
