Complete process units built and tested off-site, then delivered ready to tie in—CIP skids, balance tank skids, dosing and blending units, filtration and media preparation.

Fabrication, assembly and testing happen in the workshop under controlled conditions. That keeps quality consistent and moves work out of the production area. A pre-assembled unit (PAU) covers one defined process function, such as a pump assembly, a valve manifold or an instrumentation section. A skid integrates several PAUs into a standalone system on a structural frame, with piping, instrumentation and controls installed and tested before it ships. Where capacity calls for it, several skids are combined into one integrated unit.

Defined interfaces cut down what has to happen on site: fewer connection points, a shorter installation window, and a unit that can be commissioned as one scope.

Units are built in AISI 316L with material traceability per EN 10204 type 3.1, orbital TIG welding with digital weld logs, and self-draining geometry without dead legs. Documentation covers FAT and SAT, weld logs, material certificates, calibration records and P&IDs.

The same modular approach is used in Beritech's pharmaceutical deliveries, where each unit has to carry its own qualification record.
