BERITRAY is a modular denesting system for food production, scalable from manual loading to fully automated handling and adapted to your layout, tray formats and line speed.
Three models cover the range. BE-8000 BERITRAY Manual Tray Loading System handles flexible production at lower volumes. BE-8200 BERITRAY Automatic Tray Loader Systems run independently after loading and hold a stable flow of trays with minimal manual handling. BE-8300 BERITRAY Compact Flexhandler works as tray turner, divider or inliner through a fast tool change, servo-controlled at up to 150 trays per minute.
One standardized tray tool works across all models, and the quick-release function lets any operator change tray format without technical staff. Misaligned trays are detected and corrected during operation, so the line keeps running without operator intervention.
The open-frame stainless steel construction is built for daily cleaning, with tool-free removal and full washdown capability.
