We have had a good collaboration with suppliers of machines and machines facilities for the food industry for manu years now, where high hygiene and a easy-to-clean design are key requirements. BJ-Gear A / S meets these requirements with our program of hygienic actuators, gears, spindle gears and gear motors made of stainless steel, which are perfect for mounting directly in process areas without the need for a smooth stainless steel surface. This removes a source of hidden bacterial growth.

Our hygienic stainless steel gears and actuators are manufactured with a machined smooth surface without unnecessary ribs, flanges, recesses and mounting holes to further simplify cleaning and minimize the risk of bacteria.
