Industrial Adsorption Dehumidifiers
The AIRDRY AD7000–AD25000 range consists of powerful industrial adsorption dehumidifiers designed for installations with high airflow requirements and demanding specifications for precise humidity control, operational reliability, and continuous operation.
The units are particularly suitable for food production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, process facilities, warehouses, waterworks, and other industrial environments where stable and controlled humidity levels are essential.
Efficient Adsorption Dehumidification
The dehumidifiers operate using a rotating adsorption rotor containing silica gel, which efficiently absorbs moisture from the process air.
The absorbed moisture is subsequently removed through a separate regeneration airflow. During this process, the rotor is heated, allowing the moisture to be released and discharged outdoors.
This technology enables efficient dehumidification at both low and high temperatures and is particularly suitable for installations where conventional condensation dehumidifiers cannot achieve the required humidity levels.
Precise Control and Monitoring
The AIRDRY range is supplied as standard with PLC control and a touchscreen interface, allowing precise regulation and monitoring of the system's operation.
The control system includes:
- Regeneration temperature control.
- Control based on relative humidity or dew point, depending on the selected control configuration.
- Monitoring and management of operational alarms.
- Thermal protection and safe cooling sequences.
- Automatic start-up sequences for system components.
- Integration options for BMS and SCADA systems.
The units feature Modbus communication, with options for external start/stop control and a common alarm signal.
Flexible Configuration
The AIRDRY range can be customised to suit individual installation requirements, including:
- Casing manufactured from galvanised painted steel or stainless steel AISI 304.
- Electric or steam-based regeneration.
- Different filter classes, including F5, F7 and F9.
- Variable frequency control of fans.
- Heat recovery from the regeneration airflow.
- Optional cooling and heating coils.
- Optional filter alarms and extended temperature and humidity measurement.
