GPX3000 C is a non-destructive headspace gas analyser designed for containers with minimal headspace, high fill levels and complex geometries that are difficult to measure using conventional systems.

Using advanced laser-based TDLAS technology, the instrument measures oxygen (O₂), residual oxygen and other relevant gases through the package without opening, puncturing or damaging the product. Its unique open C-shaped holder provides access to measurement points that are often obstructed by closure threads, large caps, high fill levels or complex container geometries.

The GPX3000 C is designed for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications where limited headspace, challenging materials or non-standard packaging formats make traditional measurement methods inadequate. The instrument can be used on glass, plastic, coloured glass and semi-opaque materials such as yoghurt containers and other dairy packaging.

The system delivers fast and reliable results within seconds and enables increased sampling without product loss, as every tested package remains intact and saleable after inspection.
