Gasporox AB

GPX1500 Film Food is our non-destructive headspace gas analyser developed for quality control of Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) in the food industry.

Using advanced laser-based TDLAS technology, the instrument measures oxygen (O₂) or carbon dioxide (CO₂) levels inside sealed food packages without opening, piercing, or damaging the packaging. This allows manufacturers to verify package integrity, monitor gas composition, perform shelf-life studies, and carry out at-line quality control while keeping products fully intact and saleable.

Designed for trays, thermoforms, pouches, flow wraps, bags, and other flexible packaging formats, GPX1500 Film Food delivers fast and reliable measurements in only a few seconds. The system is calibration-free, easy to operate, and suitable for both production environments and laboratory use.

Key benefits:
• Non-destructive MAP testing
• Fast oxygen and carbon dioxide measurements
• No product waste during testing
• Supports quality control and shelf-life studies
• Easy plug-and-play operation
• Suitable for a wide range of food packaging formats
• Pharmaceutical-grade measurement technology adapted for food production
