arrow_backTo the overviewThe Scanvaegt Combo represents the highest inspection accuracy in an extremely compact system, integrating Anritsu's renowned SSV checkweigher and M6 metal detector into a single frame with shared operation, where both the checkweigher and metal detector are controlled via a common touch screen.
With an extremely small footprint, space requirements are minimized, and line integration is simplified. The metal detector is fully integrated, and the shared display/interface allows for HACCP controls and data retrieval.
With a checkweigher accuracy of as little as ±0.01 g at 3σ, speeds of up to 400 products per minute, and dual-frequency metal detection, the Scanvaegt Combo delivers optimal performance and high productivity.
The Combo system is highly versatile and available in various configurations, such as with a horizontal or vertical metal detector, IP30 or IP66 versions, and numerous main sizes and belt widths.
The Combo machine is also a very cost-effective solution, as it is significantly less expensive than separate checkweigher and metal detector units, while taking up no more space than a single machine.
