Ismageriet, known for its artisanal approach to ice cream production, has achieved a more streamlined and efficient production of its quality ice cream by working closely with Procudan. Procudan has supplied blends that enable Ismageriet to maintain high quality while ensuring scalable production.
Ismageriet’s Kim Simonsen explains: - We wanted the basic ice cream to be weighed so you only had to open one thing and add milk and cream. You need a long running-in period with both dry and wet ingredients to get the optimum process.
The collaboration between Ismageriet and Procudan has not only focused on the quality of the ingredients but also on logistics and delivery. - In the process, you also find out whether the partner can deliver on time and keep its promises, adds Simonsen.
Procudan’s blends have allowed Ismageriet to concentrate on its creative craft and develop its products without compromising on quality.
