Scalgo leverages Supermicro GPU servers to process billions of high-resolution terrain data points, enabling faster AI modeling, scalable computing, and timely insights for climate and infrastructure planning.

Processing of billions of data points
When Scalgo needed to process high-resolution terrain data across multiple countries, they turned to Blue Line for powerful computing solutions.

Through the implementation of Supermicro servers equipped with NVIDIA GPUs, the company has significantly accelerated their ability to analyze and visualize surface water movement for climate adaptation planning.

The increasing availability of high-resolution terrain data presented both an opportunity and a challenge.

In Denmark alone, height measurements are captured every 40×40 centimeters, generating billions of data points that need processing.

As the company expanded internationally, they needed robust hardware solutions to handle the exponentially growing datasets.

Their equipment needed to be exceptionally robust while maintaining superior performance for specialized functions like oil spill detection beneath the ocean surface.

Powerful GPU computing infrastructure
Blue Line delivered a comprehensive computing solution built around Supermicro servers. These specialized GPU servers are designed specifically for intensive machine learning and data processing tasks.

The powerful graphics cards work in parallel to process massive amounts of data simultaneously, dramatically reducing the time needed to analyze terrain data and train AI models.

As the company expands into new territories, the solution can easily scale to handle increasing computational demands.

Blue Line’s local presence and expertise in high-performance computing also ensures quick support and technical guidance whenever needed.

“We chose Blue Line as our partner because they could deliver Supermicro hardware locally and provide exactly the support we needed. The GPU servers allow us to process massive amounts of data efficiently.”
