Founded in Denmark in 2015, Process Integration employs more than 100 specialists in design, project management, manufacturing, installation and service. We bring particular expertise in salmon feed production and powder handling, alongside strong capabilities in liquid processing, thermal processes, utilities and plant optimisation.
As part of J-Tec Material Handling, we combine this practical production knowledge with more than five decades of experience in automated handling and processing of powders, pellets and liquids. Together, we offer a broader range of technical solutions and the resources to deliver larger, more complex projects.
Additional expertise across the production process
J-Tec contributes specialist knowledge in raw material reception, storage, pneumatic and mechanical conveying, accurate dosing and weighing, mixing, blending and automated process control. Its experience in hygienic design, cleaning and ingredient traceability further strengthens our ability to meet demanding production requirements.
Testing capabilities allow material behaviour and process principles to be evaluated before installation, supporting equipment selection and process design.
Opening opportunities in new application areas
The combined organisation creates opportunities to apply our expertise across a wider range of industries. J-Tec brings established experience in food ingredients, specialised nutrition, snacks and baked foods, as well as plastic compounding, PVC processing and chemicals.
