- An EHEDG-certified testing laboratory and EHEDG authorised training facility: The Centre for Hygienic Design offers access to the latest knowledge in hygienic design for process equipment, product safety, and optimal material selection.
- Services developed for the food industry: Consultancy and testing for process surfaces' hygienic properties, food safety, food contact materials, cleaning, validation and verification of cleaning, and chemical analyses.
- Competency centre for hygiene, health, and product safety: A new centre for specialisation in hygiene, health, and product safety will support the life science, biotech, and food industries in the green transformation.

Kasper Brix Adsersen
Senior Business Development Manager
Kasper Brix Adsersen is Senior Business Development Manager at Force Technology, responsible for business development within Life Sciences. With more than 35 years of experience in process instrumentation, measurement technology, and process optimization, he helps companies reduce technological risks, accelerate innovation, and create documented value through testing, analysis, validation, and specialized technical advisory services. At FoodTech 2026, he will share insights into how technologies, data, and measurement expertise from the Life Sciences sector can be applied to strengthen quality, compliance, and competitiveness in the food industry.

Alan Friis
Senior Team Leader
Alan Friis has more than 25 years of experience in hygienic design of food processes. He is heading the Centre for Hygienic Design at Force Technology. Alan has substantial experience with industrial applications areas such as food technology, food safety, systems engineering, hygienic design, installation, and maintenance. Alan is an EHEDG Authorised Evaluation Officer (AEO), is member of several EHEDG working groups and is co-author of several EHEDG guidelines. Alan is a highly experienced trainer with in the EHEDG community.

Peter Villumsen
Sales Manager, NDT
Peter Villumsen has extensive experience within Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and works professionally with technical inspection assignments, quality assurance, and customer-specific solutions for industry. He has broad knowledge of advanced NDT methods and their practical application in connection with the inspection of tanks, pipes, welds, and critical components. His professional competencies and many years of experience include, among other things, a strong understanding of all NDT methods and the ability to translate technical knowledge into concrete solutions that support our customers’ needs for documentation, operational reliability, risk reduction, and compliance with applicable standards and requirements.

Consultant
Natacha Holmud is consultant at Force Technology specialized in hygienic design and food safety, with a strong focus on creating safe, efficient, and sustainable processing environments. As an Authorised Evaluation Officer (AEO) at EHEDG she assists companies implement hygienic design principles and industry best practices. She has 10 years of experience working with design and development of food processing equipment, and furthermore specialises in food microbiology, designing various test methods for evaluation and validation of hygienic performance.
