Hand-built hybrid bearings and customized solutions from Denmark

CeramicSpeed Industry has built ceramic hybrid bearings for industrial applications in Holstebro since 2009. A large part of the activities is centered around two product lines, Insulate and Corrotec, which are for the renovation of electric motors and the maintenance of bearings in the food industry. The rest are special solutions that require a special lubrication, bearing type, increased resistance to temperature - either very high or very low - or additional treatment of the bearing's surfaces in the form of coating to ensure the right product properties for the bearing or machine part in the specific environment. At CeramicSpeed, coating is a central element in delivering customized special solutions that ensure increased uptime in a production, longer service intervals for bearings, and a reduction of frequently repeated service tasks in the maintenance department.
