The Tveskaeg® G3 Pump is a near-real-time, benchtop-sized NMR analyzer optimized for the food and beverage industry, where consistent, high-volume sampling is key. Built with industrial durability and lab-grade precision, it’s ideal for both factory-floor integration and quality-control laboratories.

At the core of the system is Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) technology—requiring no chemicals, reagents, or contact between the sample and the sensor. The result is a clean, low-maintenance workflow with high accuracy, zero risk of contamination, and no consumable waste. The system delivers precise sodium measurements in under 1 minute and supports multi-isotope detection of many other elements in a single task.

The G3 Pump handles continuous batch sampling through its integrated peristaltic pump. Operators can further streamline workflows by connecting a barcode reader, allowing jobs to be triggered instantly by scanning a product label. A scale can also be connected, enabling precise sample preparation with weight data displayed natively on the Tveskaeg®.

Each unit arrives pre-calibrated and customized to the buyer’s specific needs, complete with preset job configurations. It’s a true plug-and-play solution that requires minimal training while delivering laboratory-grade analytics in demanding production environments where quality control and regulatory compliance are key.
