RotaCut® macerator for pumpable production residues and food waste


The RotaCut® macerator is designed for the effective size reduction of fibres and solid matter in liquid, pumpable production residues from the food industry. It reduces the risk of blockages and protects pumps, pipework and downstream processing equipment.

Rotating blades and a cutting screen reduce the material to a defined particle size. At the same time, the RotaCut® macerator homogenises the medium, giving it a more consistent and pumpable structure for further processing.

The integrated heavy material separator removes foreign matter such as stones and metal parts before they can damage the macerator or downstream components.
