The new contrast sensor for the packaging industry is suitable for fast and reliable detection of contrast differences in confined installation situations. Thanks to different transmitter colors, the compact sensor can be used for all common color and gray value combinations. In addition, it offers high mounting flexibility, has ECOLAB certification and covers protection classes IP67 as well as IP69K. For easy integration and operation of the sensor, it can be connected to an automation system via IO-Link.
