The freestanding combination shower is designed to provide effective rinsing of the eyes, face and body, supporting a high level of safety in emergency situations. Manufactured from durable brass with chemical-resistant BROEN-LAB Polycoat, the unit is suitable for a wide range of environments, including laboratories and industrial facilities. A robust flange provides secure and stable installation, while the easy-clean shower head helps reduce limescale build-up, contributing to reliable performance and a long service life.
The hand-held double eye shower features easy-clean spray heads designed to minimise limescale build-up and maintain reliable performance over time. Integrated dust caps provide a tight seal around the spray heads, protecting them from dust and particles. When the eye shower is activated, the dust caps remain open to allow continuous and uninterrupted rinsing. The 1.5-metre silicone hose with stainless steel braiding, G1/2” union nut and swivel joint provides flexibility during use. An integrated FLOWFIX regulates the water flow to 12 l/min, ensuring consistent performance.
The body shower delivers a flow rate of 60 litres/minute and provides a spray pattern that complies with the requirements of EN 15154, ensuring effective coverage during emergency body rinsing. The shower can be activated quickly in a single movement, either by pulling the pull rod or pressing the activation handle.
The combination shower is designed in accordance with EN 15154 and ANSI Z358.1, supporting safe and reliable operation. It can also be connected to a BROEN-LAB TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) to maintain a consistent water temperature of 22°C. The unit is supplied with signage in accordance with ISO 3864-1, ensuring that the location of the emergency shower is clearly identified.
