PPB Technology produces the first practical solution to screen out raw milk containing high levels of AprX, a protease from Pseudomonas bacteria. This allows customers to improve the shelf-life of their UHT milk, avoid waste and clean up their milk supply chain. We have also developed superior solutions for trace lactose testing and alkaline phosphatase to help our existing customers in the dairy processing sector.
