Energy Grants for Optimisation Projects

Did you know that an average detached house uses around 18,000 kWh of energy annually for heating? Imagine the potential energy savings for your business.
At NTEK ApS, we are passionate about energy efficiency, CO₂ reduction and making use of available energy grants to create meaningful improvements.
Recently, we had the opportunity to work with a customer who had a significant amount of excess heat generated by their refrigeration system.
By analysing the system and implementing optimisation measures, we were able to redirect this excess heat to internal processes, producing hot water for cleaning purposes at the customer’s production facility.
The result? An impressive annual saving of 1.6 million kWh of heat, equivalent to the energy consumption of 93 average detached houses.
Not only did this result in a significant 35% reduction in the company’s gas consumption, but it also reduced CO₂ emissions by 342 tonnes per year.
In addition, our customer was able to receive a grant of almost DKK 400,000 through the Danish Energy Agency’s Business Pool, helping to cover part of the investment in the energy-saving measures.
