About Grace Marshall:

Grace Marshall is Sales & Operations Lead at Futurity Systems, a Barcelona-based future innovation consultancy. A biologist by training, she worked with genetic engineering startup Moligo Tech before building a career in strategy and operations across deep-tech, AI and fintech. She helps organizations turn emerging technologies, from synthetic biology to AI, into a clear view of where their industry is heading.

About Daniel Cohen:

Daniel Cohen is Chief Project Manager at Futurity Systems, a Barcelona-based future innovation consultancy. With a background in engineering and speculative design, his cross-functional work has delivered some of Futurity’s most ambitious projects, including groundbreaking work with the EU Policy Lab. He specializes in turning future-focused ideas into objects people can touch and taste. Futurity’s food tech future artefacts include the Tomeato, a cultured meat grown on a tomato scaffold, and the Electronic Popsicle, which uses electrical stimulation of the tongue to create the sensation of taste.
