The MilkoScan Mars is a quick and handy instrument for testing liquid milk, for example to help ensure a more consistent ratio of fat and protein as it flows into the cheese production process. It can also be used to screen milk for accidental or deliberate adulteration. Complementing the MilkoScan Mars, the new DairyScan analyser provides rapid analysis of solid samples for fat and moisture.
Both analysers use infrared technology, but in different forms to give optimal tests for the different sample types. Analysis moves from the lab to the production line

Using a sensor positioned in the process pipe, the ProFoss gives a result every few seconds from material in production.
